Frank Archer is one of the very first Alliance soldiers who joined the Leviathan Program which later became the 9 Dragons Team.
He was the one who made the decisive throw in the Battle of London, an artifact drop that allowed the Krogan to stand a bit longer against the crushing waves of Reaper forces trying to reach the Beam linked to the Citadel. |
