When Adrien Victus left Palaven to join the New Citadel Council, the next one in line for the title was no other than Garrus Vakarian. As the new Primarch, he does his best to bring the Turian homeworld « back in business », as he often says.
Being probably the greatest hero in Turian military history, he is most respected by his people. Despite what he says, Garrus Vakarian is clearly a skilled politician. His time at C-Sec greatly helped him to understand politics and galactic interests. Besides, his experience as a Citadel Security officer, when he was fighting mercenaries on Omega, or when he was at Commander Shepard's sides, Garrus Vakarian has always worked with people from different species, which gives him an major asset when it comes to interspecies diplomacy. |
