Harbinger has failed to indocrinate Shepard, leaving him a few steps away from the command that could end all Reapers.
Everything else instantly becomes optional : all Reapers fly at full speed towards the Citadel, while their ground forces try to reach the Beam linked to the Citadel.
But that's counting withtout a major obstacle on the way... Krogan.
Indeed, informed by Admiral Steven Hackett, General Urdnot Wrex leads all his armies into a full frontal assault against the husk platoons, just to give Shepard enough time to end the War.
